I have a spot of mold above where my bathroom fan vents into the attic. The spot is on the bottom of the roof sheathing plywood. The spot in question is about 6" across, and there are a few other smaller spots near that area.

Have noticed a clump of mold/black powder outside our bedroom window. This week noticed a black powdery residue behind the floor board in our bedroom. House was flooded 4 1/2' in August 2007 but had clean up and make sure everything was dry and treated before enclosing. I have found what I believe is mold in an area where there used to be a sink in a bar area. Whoever took the sink out had left it with a drip and mold occured. I had a plumber clean it up, and now it is back aagain. My bedroom now has this closet in it and to me it is scary.
